I think given the history of the company management are being smart in cautiously under promising and planning to over deliver.
There are a several significant tailwinds as a result of the acquisition, that if they execute well and sign some major customers RSH will smash through the 9000 patients well before H2 CY2024.
Company is in a very strong position given the US healthcare environment.
