Wow, this announcement really is a big deal, apart from stating the obvious. It shows the govt are proactive in moving this project forward asap. To allow access to Anfile Bay for export so early in the project is fantastic. Now I wouldn't be surprised if other permits get the thumbs up in a very timely matter. Such as our mining permit, which normally takes over a year from application in most African countries.

I am only a little upset that we may now start mining in 2018, it seems our old MD took us in the wrong path, disappointing really. Also the SP does not show the potential. A CR really is going to hurt at these current levels, hopefully it won't be too much, till later on.
