Also, do not rule out JP selling his stock in the company, especially if there is any bad blood. At this stage it looks like he made the decision himself for other business opportunities, going by the announcement. However you never know what takes place behind the scenes and there could definitely be disagreements between certain directors which us retail would never know about. If a grudge is there, JP could offload. It would be silly to do so at these lows, but you never know.
An x director at one of my other holdings AUC, kept the price down for several months while they were selling their holdings. Mind you, it was a different stage and was able to happen while in an orphan period with zero newsflow for AUC. Our orphan period at HRZ has been and gone in recent years and mining the gold is imminent now so you would expect enough interest to arrive to outweigh any selling pressure from directors moved along.
