Hansen is superfluous the company secretary seems to be well regarded and experienced just look at the pay he gets. Why keep Hansen on the board he took millions and millions of unvested free performance rights just because directors had the discretionary power to give them to themselves for the unpublished Mt Thirsty Scoping Study at merger. We don't want Hansen on the board and will get rid of him at the AGM.
The directors can reward themselves at any time, see below this has got to change!
