As a shareholder we can view the registry for free any day we want, prior notice the registry provider in this case Computershare with offices in every state I think.
So take a screen shot of his Final Directors Interest notice (I'm confident he will get the arse), this will list all associated holdings ie wife and holdings in his/their private company name etc.
Then you can view all of those holdings and compare the current totals.
