    TPG has been in the business, and without merger, week tpg and week hta have nothing to contribute to do with the monopoly of telstra and Optus. Only merger solves the competition problem. TPG and HTA combined through merger will be much stronger to offset the Telstra and Optus Monoploy. IMO, meger should proceed.
