I would just say, wait until the smoke clears before going all in. The recent institution that raised its ownership may also seek compensation depending on the circumstances, so speculators will be the only ones trading this stock for the foreseeable future. Condolences to the current holders, I've watched DOW for a long time and have been tempted to buy in on several occasions. As a shareholder you are entitled to receive accurate information to guide your investment decision, without that the entire system would be chaotic.
