PLV have presales lined up for about 2 million tonnes of ore....

PLV have presales lined up for about 2 million tonnes of ore. This going to cost us around $120 million to dig up and ship. In return we are going to obtain further payments of $128 million. So we aren't really making anything off this 2 million tonnes. So where is this getting us? Presumably it gets us to a stage where we can mine ore more efficiently or with a lower cost of production, but at the moment, I'm having trouble seeing where we are headed? Looking at the numbers in the report there is no chance of us being able to afford a drilling campaign to prove up underground. Can somebody please illuminate me?
