I would take a guess as to needing the cash to do the testing, site prep, and production and so on. Plus the quality of the resource, thats an important aspect for recovery production.

This means then when they provide test results on how much they have in the ground and do the napkin math on how much they can convert into a sellable product, it will have a strong impact on the valuation of the company and any future CR.

So far, looks like the right path, no red flags. Time will tell if they can execute.
