I agree, that was ridiculous point of argument by Q..
Besides if your in a partnership and you opt not to sell knowing full well it is at the detriment to your partner, then that's the POINT we are too argue..
Alternatively, you offer your partner some deal, sell later pay us the interest, keep your 25%, good will/faith, call it what you will,
The sticking point is obvious !, did they do it with intent to destroy us ?, does our signd agreement basically give them every right to say NO, we don't want to seel, bad luck, this is what we are waiting to be answered, simply put ?
