here is a screen shot from a u.s. uranium producer's latest annual report.

the bit worth noting:

"Given that there are up to approximately 60 different companies as potential buyers in the uranium market, we are not substantially dependent upon any single customer to purchase the uranium extracted by us."

it looks like there are plenty of uranium buyers out there. it looks to me that that quasar argument looks a bit shaky based on the amount of parties that maybe interested in buying our uranium.
