What I'll consider with the court decision is whether or not ACE is 25% of Four Mile, unless it is, then, the Directors have failed to a degree in all this.

I only see the steamrolling happening atm and I can see some possible contribution to that as a result of the advice the Directors received. Note, just my opinion formed from the notes from HC attendees in court, recently.
