This is a very interesting development. This can potentially skew the efficacy data for the CDH17 trial in a positive way because the T-Cells will be more robust (than harvesting them from seriously ill patients who have already failed earlier lines of therapy). This will hopefully translate into improved overall response rates and overall survival rates! Clever!
