The first 40,000L took 3 months. The remaining 80,000L took > 3.5months. So they already had rampup baked into those figures.

Lets take the 2nd half of the numbers. 3.5months to produce 2/3 of the product. So that means 3.5months to produce 1660kg LCE or approximately 0.47ton per month LCE.

The capacity of plant is 40tpa = 3.3 ton per month. Assuming it is running at 90% of capacity that is 3ton per month.

So 3 ton per month v 0.47ton per month.

It doesn't matter how you slice it, this thing is still way off its design criteria
