If you are that concerned, why don't you report this to ASIC, fill a form out, and take them to court
Why are you spreading false information.
I'll say it, your words are merely accusation. You could be liable for defacing a company based on your interpretation. In relaity these guys have put the announcement in black and white
If they are wrong, they should be held to account, and directors should be charged with putting false information
If you are wrong then you should face a law suit
