After the bad situation in Chile, it will be tough and costly to get money to build a plant in Argentina. The interest rates will be higher, and extra assurances will be needed. When this happens, I believe the people who own shares will lose some money after dilution to fund construction. I don't think the price of the shares will go up soon. The risks that come with working in the "lithium triangle" are like a sickness that will be around for a while.
