I refer to the ASX announcement attached above , as well as, LKE's ASX announcement dated 03 APR 2023.

1. Lake didn't actually produce Lithium! They produced 120,000 litres of salty brine, sent it to salt works (third party contractor) who then processed it into 2.5 Tons of Li Carbonate. That's a recovery rate of only ~2 %.

2. There is also no mention of what happened to the ~98 thousand litres of water wasted in the process (spent bine).

3. No mention of how the plant was powered! Or the energy consumption rates of processing.

4. There has been no re-injection wells, so no one can actually verify re-injection! So no one can verify if re-injection dilutes the brine or affects processing and no one can verify the environmental credentials of the water re-injection.

5. How are they going to Power the Plant? Residents nearby have no power and Kachi has no mains even close. There has been no trial of solar power. There has been no deals made with contractors on power supply. This will likely be incredibly energy intensive, given the low recovery, and number of pumps to extract and forcefully re-inject.

6. The board have refused to answer questions from shareholders for the last 12 months. What else are they hiding? Lilac and lake won't be producing until close to 2030 and that's even if they can.
