The BBM AMDAL process is complete for BBM and they have the production IUP and IPPKH. Whereas, I am not sure the TBAR AMDAL process has even started which is the precursor to obtaining the production IUP and IPPKH. Assuming it hasn't started you could expect around two years (going smoothly) to get the AMDAL process complete and the production IUP and IPPKH. Once these are in place TBAR is indeed the better proposition al things considered.
