If I think company is heading in right direction from management...

If I think company is heading in right direction from management perspective and from exploration results which sometime have nothing to do with management but shear luck to be at the right place and right time then I give them credit.

If I think management can do better then I am not shy from putting forward my view.

If I think a company is mismanaged then I do make my views clear. But I make sure I do explain myself in detail why I hold that view.

Sometimes I am right and at times I am wrong. More right than wrong but that can change.. lol

I am open when people don't agree but I will have a go when people don't agree and don't put forward any meaningful argument why. They only come up with some retarded comments that have nothing to do with what company does or a particular project. Very classical ones are "I am here for the long haul.." or "I trust the management.." while results totally suck and there was no warning from the company at all.

Sadly HC forums mainly tolerate only ramping or rosy views and if one has negative view and puts forward really good argument why people just gang up and start attacking. Sometime you have to put people in their places when they make meaningless comments or outright lies (see our local village idiot comments above claiming results are bad when there aren't any results) but apart from that people should tolerate different views.
