It's purely manipulation IMO. Someone knew about the results and they want more shares, so of course they have to manipulate it the whole day and make a few weak holders panic sell. Otherwise the SOI is so low that it makes it difficult to accumulate. Therefore this clown downramper out of the blue! Those who know can tell the results are exceptional.
