How can this DFS take over 12 months. This new board doesn’t seem any different to the last ones. The new MD a should get a bonus if he can get the DFS released with the need for a CR rather than getting a bonus for just delivering it, which you would expect to be part of his job, well it’s all he should be doing

Yes I agree, they get bonuses for things that they should do for their wage. Bonuses only for when they deliver, finance deal or when they build the plant on time and budget.
Perhaps there is a plan on the table so that's why they are working slow . Tin is holding well.
