Hi PP, I doubt this will get to open court , hard to see CE and the present board wanting to go through the discovery process. Then there are any NDAs that potentially get opened up. My bet , they'll settle as soon as CE is out of the door. The only argument will be about how much , it will be hard to pick out the effects of CE and the board's behavior, and the macro effects on the company. Anything up to 50 million and quick resignations would be a good outcome. Hopefully they don't spend too much time or money trying to defend this.
