Aquarius, I am not a fan of class actions that hit current shareholders for the sins of past boards, and despite plenty of opportunities over the years , have never signed up for one, but I don't have a problem with anyone else doing so. I would prefer that the individuals involved in the poor behaviour were the only ones sued , but for better or worse , that isn't the law. The key point is , the losses being sued for , are because of what the law sees as being outside normal business losses. And keep in mind , they are primarily being sued because of poor disclosure . Very sweet that you and I like being responsible for our own actions , but that isn't that relevant to the outcomes here.
