As I have said before , the chances of a defamation suit happening are pretty close to zero.
The last thing CE needs is starting a law suit for defamation .
If you are wondering why , look up ''discovery '' and what potentially happens with NDAs during a trial .
Throw in the fact that truth is pretty much a caste iron defence , it wouldn't be pretty.
Might bully an individual , but a media outlet , they would lap it up.
