I am afraid that he is not giving investment advice Andy , any more than you are on this subject. And lets face it , you and he and I know , there is no downside to an individual in signing up to this type of action. Anyone taking action , against him , me or you , for unlicensed advice on this , would certainly not have '' nothing to lose''.
Now , Ray and Rue and others are being mean to us . Unfortunately , either thru the Dark Arts , pure luck , the AFR , shorters , or even the phase of the moon , they came up with the right numbers The vast majority of longs will be under water, that's not Ray's fault , in the end it is ours. I have the feeling that Ray quite enjoys the reaction he is getting ,. Why not ? Always more fun being right than wrong cheers
