That case is a total looser imho
the lawyers will be forced to settle for their fees in the end with no money for the actionees
And lawyers on both sides get paid while the investors and company both pay the lawyers.
BURN those damn lawyers, theyre worse than shorters.
They sell their time/hot air they dont even sell others shares
if lawyers did what shorters do theyd be struck off, charging for something they didnt do.
