I am taking a dollar each way here. A 50% premium to the current share price takeover is always a nice surprise for myself and other parties holding stock.

We are also NZ resident shareholders so we do not pay capital gains tax.

Oracle got a bargain because the future of this business is very big and it is a great fit with their current offerings.

Only downside for me is where to invest the proceeds - can I find a business with as much potential as ACX?
