    Once the institutions accept holding on is crazy.

    If you don't get out Xstrata will either;

    a) Do a massive placement at $1 and dilute everyone out.
    b) Move the assets into another entity at a nominal price.
    c) Look after the little guys who wouldn't play ball? Don't think so!
