vortiv has a far more secure source of recurring revenue through their Indian operation. Tnt isn’t comparable. Tnt relies on short term contracts being extended.
you have literally taken this acquisition which was made at 2.5x revenue and assumed it to be valued at a 20x revenue simply because tnt have purchased it, with debt no less.
