I picked up on the same thing. I think either one of two things happened:

1. We misunderstood what they actually meant between PHASE 1 and PHASE 2 series acquisitions. There were a few of us who were confused by the wording; or

2. The company they were previously talking to is not going ahead anymore and so PHASE 1 acquisitions have ended.

I think TNT and cyberCX are locked in a battleground for further acquisitions, so the second option is quite probable.
