…they are LIKELY TO HAVE KNOWN (SPECULATIVE, I HAVE NO EVIDENCE i.e ‘he is most likely dead, but he could be asleep or unconscious or meditating…), about Brainchip for 8 years…

Why did BRN totally change direction without informing shareholders beforehand? [POSSIBLY (PERHAPS - used to indicate DOUBT or HESITANCY) a breach of continuous disclosure] (I DON’T KNOW).
