What's your point? That you are 100% certain and are stifled by HC rules. That this is not merely an opinion but something based on some knowledge that you have obtained and never allude to or provide a link to where or how such thoughts or opinions are derived? The HC rules are there to protect investors from people exactly like you and the fact that you work within that framework; offering loose, unsubstantiated opinions is simply taking advantage of the loop-holes any rules or regulations engender. You are certainly not acting within the spirit of the rules.
If 10 people go to a pub. There is evidence of 10 people being at a pub. I could safely say there were 10 people at the pub.
You on the other hand JC have no such evidence. In fact, for the most part, your post are full of vague assertions and use words like APPARENTLY, POSSIBLY, I DON'T THINK and any number of phrases that intimate that you have done some research and have sourced material. Where in fact your arguments are void of any evidence, rely on vague sources which you fail to produce or disclose or are plainly manufactured statements dressed up as vague facts.
I don't think you're stupid, but I know that an individual who would exert as much effort as you have, to produce in the minds of any trader a sense of foreboding or uncertainty as to the veracity of their decision-making process is arrived at from questionable motives. Motives that you have never disclosed after being asked countless times.
I would only encourage any person reading these forums and taking your posts as an example, to deconstruct the language you use to instil a sense of disquiet. They are full of unsubstantiated assumptions dressed up as insight as to the governance and accountability of the BC management team.
To be fair to you and your particular style of deflection and dissonance, there are others that peddle the same story with the positive spin. They too are of the same ilk and type as yourself, no doubt with very similar motivations.
Obviously, this is mostly my opinion, but if you look hard enough you might find some evidence. That's stuff that is not just my opinion BTW.
