Fluidstar bought for $12m & Ecospin $0.5m. Purchases Purchases funded from cash/bank facilities
The transactions are expected to be immediately earnings per share accretive (pre-synergies) in
the first full financial year, FY11 with significant opportunity to generate synergies and grow the
earnings of these businesses in the future
IMO: although minor aquisition, this is another positive gain for shareholders
