Wow! Another top acquisition and the SP remains undervalued, Wy? We expect the SP to be in line with the projected revenues and MC, if we look at depths of buy and sell we see more seller’s than buyers all the time even with good announcements. IMO this is a strategy to keep the SP lower so wen we add a new acquisition the cost in share value is lower. TNT in all deals with previous acquisitions pay in cash and shares right, so keeping the value of shares low is a good strategy wen a company thus M&A. I know posters going to question wow is possible to control share price. Simple, buy and sell to myself,(not individual but institutions) so IMO for us investors we have opportunity to increase our holdings at lower price, later we will enjoy the rise of investments. DYOR
