Wow, I actually know Loic. I've seen him talk at events almost 5 years ago. It's a small world! This is what you call an acqui-hire!

If people don't know, Loic has been a shareholder since the IPO. He is a very connected guy in the valley and has done well for himself. Him and Yat have been friends for awhile.
