    Just done an quick math.
    TNT paid $9m + $4.5m (share equivalent @$0.28) = $13.5m for a business generate $18m revenue, i believe this is an bargain.

    it tells me that TNT share needs to be $0.56 per share to equivalent $18m revenue.

    just my 2c, correct me if wrong
