great move and good acquisition.

I wouldn’t say that paying 6 times earnings in a dynamic and rapidly changing (ie risky) service industry in an exceptional bargain or a “steal” as others have said , but it is TNT’s unique market proposition that means they can afford to pay a slight premium vs anyone else.

At the end of the day though I wouldn’t want the new team members to feel they had sold too cheap either! if any of them are on hear reading this… well done I think you’ve made a good deal both for you (good price) and for TNT.
