    Rakotak you speak of my favourite stock KIK which nears first oil and will sell into $80 plus if the current trend in oil continues which I expect it will.

    I hesitate to say but I believe this Cote deal is bigger with effective 63.75% equity in a world class asset with supporting 3D and will only have 215M shares issued leaving plenty of upside to raise capital and add value to CI202.

    Still not happy with 12.5c issue as we pay vwap 22.5 today but taking a long term view here as the good news outways the bad.
