Shags because it is only an 11m placement it puts the register at only 55M which still remains small and illiquid generally so doubt 12.5 is achievable as it has not been sold there recently and we have just had some serious positive news.
The more pressing factor is the Cote Govt stamp which is still 60 days away. Downside 15c upside massive. It's all about risk/reward. I'm in.
