re: Ann: Acquires majority interest in West A... Yikers thats alot to digest. No wonder the 'elephant gestation period'! Cant complain about the fairway they are getting set in. West Africa Offshore speaks for itself , especially Ghana and Ivory Coast. Alot of vendor shares being issued , but smallies get a lookin via SPP. Plenty of cash being raised , circa $20m after SPP so no need to farmout unless juicy terms are offered? From what I can see this is comparable to FAR , except RIA will have circa 200m shares on issue , so a relative shareprice should be circa 50c per share on a diluted basis once all approvals are granted.
