    re: Ann: Acquires majority interest in West A... Cote d'Ivoire is the jewel here IMO. Proven location and extensive work already done in block. Interesting board changes but plenty of skill to add value to this cracker asset. Market asleep on this or awaits unconditional terms before acting.
