REMEMBER !!!! PnP are due to advise their decision on the JV with EXC to develop the second fortune mine before the 29th February, 2016... just 8 business days away from now !!... Upon a decision to go, PnP would get 7,500,000 EXC shares as part of that deal in order to compensate them for their in-house updating of the resource model/mine feasibility .
So today's activity will be some incentive for PnP and the prospect of them getting some real value from their EXC shares, providing they agree to proceed. Upon proceeding with the JV with EXC, PnP will put up the required capital in order to obtain a percentage of the profits from the EXC ore sales to Saracen.
A smart move by EXC today, prior this next event before 29 Feb ! HOLD !!
