Barrick has through there history taken the easy way, they started off as a group of Canadian bankers with no expertise in mining, who shorted gold and as they were so big had a great influence on dropping the worlds gold price. From there they have swallowed many of the major companies & discoveries here in OZ and also overseas. Expertise doesnt matter, they can buy that, as is the norm for people or individuals who have money to burn. Exploration dollars have always been kept to a minimum. ( let somebody else find it & if its good enough we are big enough to buy it ) The area surrounding Plutonic i believe with modern technology is largely unexplored. I dont hold any shares in NST anymore, am one amongst many who have been burnt in the last 18 months, but i wish all of u people great success in the coming New Year. Just hope NST has the balls and foresite to get rid of the leaches sucking on the teat of Plutonic.
