well good old fashion common sense stuff - in the modern mkts these days not much attributed to these kind of decisions, but the flexibility and lower costs will be be very handy, and the fixed costs will be the driller keeping him occupied. Busy industry atm and getting rigs and staff not easy., and as they mentioned releases pressure on getting U/G cuddy's in place to keep any contracted rig busy.
their methods are commendable and are acting like it is their money on the line - something not many managers these days do - they prefer incentive shares, share bonuses regardless of outcomes for the Co
one will need to be patient with this style of operation in that they will not be going into 5-10,000m drill programs with strings of results incoming. Though if they do get a series of great HG intercepts it will be interesting how the move forward. Can they expand will they expand. i have been in several Cos where it is the expansion mode is often where things can can start to unravel- loss of control of the Co, bringing in new blood which are not necessarily aligned with the current mind set.
really looking forward to this Co realising their aim. under the radar stuff IMHO - instos not interested in this kinda small stuff - GOOD!!!!
