I think you need to evaluate this acquisition in light of the the company strategy they announced a little while ago. This is In Line with what they said and the CR was also flagged clearly in there. They have also indicated others and so we should expect more acquisitions and CR,s to fund them. I guess th question is how firm is the aquition performance because the fit and the price are excellent. If you don’t agree with the strategy then nothing they do will meet your approval.
