@dorianx The major components, ie. the insto placement + the insto rights offer have been completed. It’s only the retail component to complete and that’s fully underwritten. So IMF will have their money no matter what.
They structured the deal so the underwriter would always get some (retail holders couldn’t subscribe for for any shortfall). So I suspect the underwriter wants them or has a home for them.
