Interesting loss in Federal Court for Minter Ellison funded case. Myer found to have misled ... but shareholders found to have not suffered losses (as no one credibly believed Myer's forecasts!!).
Interesting result ... can believe a company would run its defence based on their own forecasts not being believable! Unbelievable!
Anyway - glad it's a Minter Ellison loss (not IMF). I think there's a chance this would have been one of the 97% IMF reject.
