Havent read preso but reads great to me -anyone see any negatives?
-mind u i am a bit suspicious normally as have seen a lot of acquisitions not turn out well-but it is not as though they are betting the farm (like sgh!) and there is fair amount of earn outs involved depending on successes etc
Only thing is I dont know if we know the real reasons the vendors are selling??
