I think the timing is good. The share price has risen strongly over the past couple of months. Always better to do a capital raising with a strong share price.
I have had a quick read through all of the documentation, but to be honest I am a believer in what IMF are doing. They seem to be pretty conservative so I am happy to support. Only problem is IMF already represents about 40% of my portfolio. I might have to sell some shares to buy in, but this will depend on what the share price does once they come off the trading halt. Hopefully they will go up!!!
