    If you followed BPay instructions you would have selected an account to pay from, you need(ed) that account to have the funds.
    Note you should get your minimum allotment, but if you applied for more you will have to wait to see if there is a scale back.
    If the application relates to shares you own in Selfwealth account they should automatically appear in it.
    Note if you applied for more and there is a scaleback they will refund the difference which may take a few weeks. Not sure if cash redirect debit or cheque in mail.
